The Beautiful Larson Family

This was really a fun shoot for me, I think because it has been a while since I got to photograph older kids, and they seriously never complained once! It was so great. They invited me to their beautiful home in West Linn and we had a blast in their back yard. If forced me to have a little different style, with more nature, but I still managed to find a couple rusty wheel barrows, an old wagon, and yes, a barrel! But, I really just tried to keep it simple and beautiful!

Preston Wyatt-a little bigger!

You may remember this little guy from a few months ago, however he has changed quite a bit! I flew down to Medford last weekend to hang out with my dear friend Cindy and her little guy Preston. He is just too adorable for words! He was all smiles and giggles the whole morning, then we decided to take some pictures of him later that afternoon, and he was just serious as can be! Cindy and I were both trying every sound, gesture, anything to get this 4 month old baby to smile, and he would not give in! We managed to get a couple, after literally sweating through my shirt. He is such a little stinker, but a cute one!

The Hammack cuties!

These kids were so much fun! We met up bright and early in Sherwood and they were so good. The little girl was such a ham, having me take pictures of her in every pose, and the little guy was so good and obedient, and never fussed once! They also did something that I like to call the "cheese hum." So, I never asked them to say cheese or anything, but everytime they thought they were going to be photographed they would just hum "cheeeeeeeeeeeeeese" in this low pitched hum. It was cracing me up! :) They were such a blast, and super adorable to boot!

Has anybody noticed?

So, I have been noticing the past couple days that my blog pictures seem a little off. Meaning, when you look at them small, not enlarged, they look EXTRA bright, then you click to enlarge them and they look more "normal." Has anyone else noticed that? I am trying to figure out if it is just our computer, or my blog, or what?? I haven't noticed it on anyone else's blog, so I am getting really confused. So, I would love to know if anyone else notices this on my blog too. Thanks!

More Baby Carson!

And just for fun, here are a few more of little Carson. I am headed out of town for a couple days therefore I might be a couple days behind schedule, so I thought I would give his mama a little something else while she is waiting! He is so fun to edit! :-)

The Bundy boys

They were so sweet with each other!
I do love those barrels!!

L. checking himself out in the crazy mirror at Oaks Park!

Wow, where to start?! This was one crazy day, for all of us. It consisted of a lot of driving, a lot of traffic, a lot of dead phones and not a lot of light when I really needed it! But, the boys were both troopers and were quick to obey; what a blessing! We started out at Sellwood Riverfront Park, then headed over to Oaks Park. Unfortunately, by the time we actually got into the park, it was late and we were all tuckered out! It's a good thing I took over 350 pictures before we got there. :) Thanks guys-I'm glad this finally worked out!

Baby Carson

This little guy was so adorable!! He just sat there wide awake, for most of it, and just let me play with him. I have found a new favorite age group to photography, I think. Maybe I just got spoiled to have such a cute and easy subject! Thanks guys for letting me into your home to capture your handsome little guy today-I had a blast!!

The Wood girls

This shoot was interesting for me because it was in a totally new spot that I hadn't even really been to before. The day was full of challenges between full sun in their faces, the youngest girl not feeling well, and tired legs, but hopefully we got a few pictures that Mom and Dad can be happy with. And you would never know that little M. wasn't feeling well by looking at the pictures; she has such a happy smile!
