Busy, busy, busy! It just so happened that all of my October shoots fell within 10 days. I am a little blind now, with how much I have been sitting in front of this computer. But, this was my last until November, and what a great one to end on. These girls were SO easy! Not only were they beautiful, but completely understood what I wanted them to do, and added their own uniqueness to every shot. I also loved the new location my husband found for me on his way home from work! It had everything I love using; a barn, a variety of fences, a field, bright autumn trees, and even some train tracks. The only things missing were some barrels! :) I really liked the colors they chose. They went perfectly with this spot and season.
I am absolutely LOVING my new chair!

The Wedding After
This was such a fun experience for me! Josh and Colette got married in July, and I actually did their engagements back in March. Well, this time they wanted to get back in their wedding attire and get some more non-traditional pictures. I LOVED it! I have been wanting to do a shoot like this for a long time. So, we started out at a little field in Beaverton for the classic country, then headed to the east side for the grungy and urban. We had a blast!Like my new chair?? It was my Goodwill score of the week!I love these! She looks like a supermodel! We definitely got some strange looks, putting a beautiful bride in the grungiest part of town...but that's what I loved about it!
Thanks so much you guys. This really was such a special treat for me!

The Kotka Family
I had the privilege of photographing this great couple and their dog, Ella, this past week! We got rained out last weekend so I was very excited to see the sun on Saturday morning! It only took about 2 weeks but we finally found a cute little park/trail in Beaverton to meet at! I kept finding all these great spots around my area but they all turned out to be either "Private Property" or "No Trespassing." I was getting shut down everywhere, but then we found this, and it worked! This is Ella. She is definitely a part of the family!
They were so great in front of the camera. I felt like all these shots were actual moments they shared, and that's what I love about photography!

Little Miss Kylee
Photographing this girl was such a riot! She has such a personality; we were all laughing nearly the whole time! We met down in the Pearl to find some fun brick and old architecture. She was a natural in front of the camera, a super-model in the making! She did keep me on my toes, however-she is such a busy girl. If I wanted a shot, I had to take it quick!
I love this one...she has to know she is cute!
